💬 Quote:
“The human soul doesn’t want to be advised, or fixed, or saved. It simply wants to be witnessed, exactly as it is.” Parker J. Palmer
🌿 Reflection:
I no longer believe it is my task to fix anyone or to carry the weight of their healing. What I can do, and what I have chosen to do with my life, is to meet myself fully. I can sit with my wounds, move gently through my grief, and continue to walk the path of healing with presence and patience.
When I live this way, something shifts in the space around me. People do not see a savior or a solution. They see a reflection. My life becomes a mirror. My healing becomes a quiet example of what is possible.
When I offer help now, it is not through advice or instruction. It is through presence. I listen without trying to solve. I stand beside others without rushing to move them forward. I hold the space where they can begin to see themselves clearly. In that space, something sacred happens.
People remember. They remember that they are not broken. They remember that their light has never gone out. They remember that they are their own healer, their own truest friend, their own most powerful guide.
To help someone is not to lead them out of darkness. It is to walk beside them with reverence and trust that they already carry the flame.
🕯 Practice:
Find a quiet space and sit with your own reflection. Gaze into your eyes and soften your heart. Place one hand over your chest and repeat gently, I see you. I love you. I am here. Let these words anchor you in the truth of your own being. If you meet someone in pain today, resist the urge to intervene. Simply offer your calm, grounded presence, and trust that your stillness will help them remember their own way home.
