💬 Quote:
“If you let go a little, you will have a little peace. If you let go a lot, you will have a lot of peace. If you let go completely, you will have complete peace.” Ajahn Chah
🌿 Reflection:
Peace does not come because life becomes easy. It does not arrive in the absence of challenge. It is not earned by effort. Peace comes when we remember the truth of who we are. We are not separate. We are not alone. We are not broken. We are part of everything.
There is a sacred thread that runs through all creation. It moves through the trees, the rivers, the breath of others, the stillness in our own chest. It moves through pain. It moves through joy. It never stops moving.
Letting go is not giving up. Letting go is coming home. Home to the vast and living web we belong to. Home to the deep knowing that we are held. Always. Completely.
This is peace. Not because life is easy, but because we are connected. And that connection is enough.
🕯️ Practice:
Find a quiet space. Close your eyes. Breathe in the words: I am connected to all things. Breathe out: All things are connected to me. Repeat gently, with awareness, for five minutes. Let this truth settle into your heart. Let it become peace.
