💬 Quote:
"May I escape the shame, inadequacy, self-judgment, and self-doubt my training has taught me. May I trust that my love is as needed as my knowledge. May I remember in me the limitations of everyman. May I be open to know my darkness."

🌿 Reflection:
So many of us have been shaped by systems that taught us to perform rather than feel, to produce rather than pause, to prove rather than simply be. We learned to measure our worth through achievement, to silence our doubts, to hide our wounds.
But the soul does not thrive in perfection. It blooms in truth.
Real growth doesn’t come from having all the answers, it comes from allowing ourselves to be whole. Whole with our brilliance and our fears. Whole with our wisdom and our mistakes. Whole with our light and with the tender darkness we are still learning to love.
To embrace our limitations is not to admit defeat, it is to return to our humanity. It is to trust that our compassion matters just as much as our competence. That our softness holds as much power as our strength.
You are not meant to be flawless. You are meant to be real.
🕯️ Practice:
Today, sit in stillness and place your hand gently over your heart. Whisper to yourself: I am enough as I am. My love and compassion are as valuable as my knowledge and skills. Let the words soften you. Let them sink into the parts of you that still feel unworthy. Let them call you home.
